Street Scene - Unreal engine

Started as a concept idea and grew into a full fledged scene. I first concepted out the street using Ai to get some ideas. Almost everything is modeled from scratch with the exception of the small props like the sushi and noodle food. All the texturing was done in Substance painter and decals were added in Unreal to enhance them. The animated signs were created from scratch using art created by myself or AI, created GIF animations that I then converted to Sprite sheets. All the shaders were setup in Unreal from scratch including the decals. The weather system is a blue print I purchased in the FAB store. that also control time of day, fog and Volumetric clouds.
Software: 3DS MAX, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Midjourney and MeshyAI.
